Time’s Up

It is time for me to step down as Chair of this lovely Oxford Branch and I shall do so by March 2021. I hope by then we have someone ready to put their own mark on the working of the branch.
We are recognised for the vibrancy of the branch… the high quality speakers… the activities… the things we have on offer… our fundraising… our website… and the happy members.
I feel I have done what I can to support this branch and I’ll be ready to hand over to someone new. So who? you may ask. Calling all of you out there – come and chat with a committee member (see the branch leaflet if you need a reminder) and find out more about what we do and how you might be able to be a committee member. If you prefer to do other tasks such as helping the tea rota, making cakes for events, marshalling at the Oxford Walk: please let us know so we can build a bank of willing helpers. As the advert says, Every Little Helps.
