Sally Bromley steps down after 6 years as Chair - 3rd March 2021
Our online March meeting included the AGM but its main purpose was to give Sally a terrific send-off after six happy and successful years as Chair of Oxford Branch. Around 90 Branch members and friends attended.
The Branch gave Sally a very generous parting gift of some lovely flowers, champagne, a painting from our member Pamela Hutchinson-Collins, and a garden centre voucher for £750.
There were some very touching video and spoken tributes, music from our loyal and immensely talented pianist supporter Tom Poster, and a surprise presentation at Sally’s doorstep.
