Mindfulness during the pandemic
Those who have taken part in mindfulness sessions consistently tell us how valuable it has been for them. This was especially so during the pandemic years 2020-2022 when many people unsurprisingly felt a sense of isolation and frustration. Learn more by visiting our page that reports some of their feedback, and information about Azizë’s activity during that period. On the same page you can also find links to a Lancaster University report into the pandemic’s impact on people’s wellbeing.
